Spice Mobile – Buggy Product and Poor Service

I bought Spice (model D-88N) mobile in June’08. From Dec’08 onwards I started having problems with the product as I was not able to charge the mobile. I approached their service center at Hyderabad in the month of Feb’09 and I was asked to come after 2 days to take my mobile. When I went back I was handed over the mobile saying the problem got rectified. But when I checked after some time it wasn’t charging. Staff at service center ask me to leave the mobile so that they can send it to Bangalore office for repair as they are unable to do it. This time after a week I got my mobile back and after two days, the problem re-surfaced again.

As the problem is recurring, I want the mobile to be replaced with another one. Currently the mobile is with service center again (Ref Job Sheet #2947/S dated 9th March, 2009)
