My Mobile is in the service centre since 22 Feb 2014, it is not repairable and it is under warranty. They sent me a low grade new mobile(different model) after 2 months which I did not accept and returned to them. Now they are not picking up my call and not providing any status. I am female student and I am without my mobile I have to go out which makes me feel unsecured. Please help me. I don’t have much time and money to go everyday to their service centre.
I want to make them learn a lesson for delaying in the service to my mobile which was defective. And keeping someone’s mobile for three months and not listening to the Customer. I want their latest titanium S series mobile model no. “Titanium Octane plus”
