The mobile was purchased o 17/10/2013 and it had problems from the beginning, it was submitted to service center on 30/11/2013. Since the i have been following up with from them they always say that it is in process but they are unable to provide me with the status. And when i want to talk to senior they always say that the line is busy.
I have not been able to use the phone from last one month. I have visited service center 4-5 times taking a half day off from the office
