I shifted my households from Delhi to Patna. I took services from “Spice Safe Cargo Packers & Movers” represented by Mr. Sandeep (Ph. 8750877170). My households were packed on 14.01.2014 from my residence at Punjabi Bagh (W), New Delhi, in individual carrier truck by “Spice Safe Cargo Packers & Movers”. I was told that the truck would start on the same night (14th Jan.) from Gurgaon and it would be delivered to me in Patna latest by 17th Jan. I was also told that they will provide me phone number of the driver as soon as the truck starts from Gurgaon. But it was started very late by the curtsey of Mr. Sandeep. He told me that the truck (having my households) started from Gurgaon on 15th Jan., whereas in real it was started from Gurgaon on 17th Jan. only, as informed by the driver (Babloo Yadav, Ph- 9899998410 & 9289969844). I got my households in Patna on 22nd Jan. in place of 17th Jan. We face a lot of difficulties in Patna to stay for the lack of our households as our residence at Patna was empty, to be filled up by our households coming from Delhi only. For early delivery of the households, I paid Rs. 10,000 more (higher rate) for a separate/individual vehicle. If it was to take so a long period of time to reach Patna, I would have opted for a shared one. For shared vehicle, I would have to pay Rs. 10,000 less than what I paid. The company must refund the difference amount (i.e. Rs. 10,000). When we got our households in Patna on 22nd Jan., the item number 25 (marked as carton) was missing. The driver tried his best to search the item but the lost item (No.-25) could not be recovered. The status was updated to Mr. Sandeep, but he turned to deaf ear. The carton contained 3 sets of my costly clinical books each set amounting about 20-25 thousands. Thus I lost my clinical books worth Rs. 70,000/- The cargo company did not try to recover the lost item (numbered 25) despite of my various reminders over phone calls. I was told to pay only 80% amount at the time of packing and remaining 20% was supposed to be paid after delivery. I paid partly by cash and partly by cheque dated 14.01.2014. Only Rs. 6,500 was paid by PDC dated 22.01.2014. I paid more than 86.5% at the time of delivery. Only less than 13.5% was paid by PDC dated 22.01.2014. it was dated 22nd Jan. only because my households and car both were supposed to be delivered to Patna latest by 21st Jan. Since my households were delivered late, it was not delivered even by 21st Jan, I was bound to stop payment of my PDC dated 22nd Jan I was harassed mentally a lot by their attitude, behaviour, bad services and late delivery. I had to face extremely tough time and circumstances in Patna due to lack of our households. They did not inform me the right time of dispatch of our households. If at all it was supposed to be delivered to Patna so late, I would rather had gone to my home at Kudra in Bhabua district of Bihar and might have good time there. The company used to misguide me that the
