I DR.Bikash Bisui, have brought an flight ticket (PNR-H5B5KP) of spicejet from irctc for 30 dec 2014 from chennai to kolkata, which was cancelled by airlines. As there was huge traffic to spicejet i can’t communicate with them then i contacted with IRCTC for help. with out confirming my journey they started refund process. later on when i communicate with spicejet they told me that they can’t help as IRCTC started refund process, otherwise they will arrange another flight. then I again i communicated with IRCTC they replied that as they started refund process so they only pay refund and not help me to confirm my journey.

As there is hike in flight fare and no confirm train ticket my impotent journey became uncertain.
