SpiceJet Online Booking – No Ticket Issued

A payment of Rs. 44,670 (includes to & fro ticket from Mumbai to Porbandar + Spice insurance + Seats – both ways for 5 tickets) was deducted from my ICICI Bank on 19 March 2019 (early morning), while doing online booking (using “Net Payment” Option) from m.spicejet.com (used my mobile), but no ticket was issued. Till date (11 Days has passed), no refund has been received. Airlines Customer care is not able to provide any solution. I had sent the mail to custrelations@spicejet.com on 19 March 2019 along with Copy of On-line Transaction Slip and my Bank statement, clearly confirming that money has been deducted from my account. Please help me to get my refund at the earliest.
