I had booked a ticket for travel to my wedding via SpiceJet. The flight SG 3307 which was scheduled to depart at 18:35 on 5th June 2014 got preponed to 12:50 PM causing me great inconvenience as I had planned for my leaves accordingly. Please take the appropriate action to redress my grievance as this arbitrary action on part of Spice Jet is tantamount to taking a customer for granted

Ticket cost Rs. 1832. Had to suffer emotional hardships as there is a change of plan ahead of a crucial journey for me, the reasons for which is totally unjustifiable.

I want to travel on the same date and time as at the time of booking.
