i had booked flight Spice Jet from Aurangabad to delhi on august 1st, 2014. the flight was to land in delhi at 1410 hours and i scheduled my next travel – shatabadi express at 1630 hours. on 20/11/14 i got a sms that my flight timing has changed and it will fly on 1535 hours. despite my emails and phone calls and web feedback i was not replied. i met their manager swapnil on 24/11/14 and requested him to arrange for onward journey from new delhi to sirhind. he siad please file a complaint with him, which i did but i was not provided with anything was travelling with 3 adults, one kid and one infant. i was supposed to reach at 1950 hrs at sirhind but i reached at 0200 hours on 25/11/14. my kids suffered, my patients suffered as i was not able to attend them.

i want 1 lakh INR compensation in lieu of my travel, patient loss and harassement
