I booked an apartment in Gokul Block in 2/2008 in their project at Vrindavan and paid 580363/- . 96500/- was payable at time of possession which was promised to be given within 30 months of booking i.e by 10/2010. The possession is still pending. No director of the Company responds on telephone. The office is locked. They are absconding.

I want possession immediately and penal interest at 18% for the period of delay. OR refund of my deposited amount with the penal interest of 18% pa till the date of refund of ammount
