I enrolled in Apti Plus, Sector-1, Saltlake, Baisakhi, Kolkata-700064 centre for the SSC CGL Tier-I course and paid the full fee of Rs 6740/- on 16/05/2015. It is a weekend batch and classes were held on Saturdays and Sundays from 1400 Hrs to 1800 Hrs. I attended classes in the first week. In the second week, first class scheduled was of Reasoning. The faculty was very rude and was speaking in an insulting/derogatory tone. As I protested, he told me not to attend his class. I complained to the management and spoke to their director telephonic ally and he assured that he will inquire and inform me by next week ( but did not do so ). In the next week, without any provocation the faculty member started shouting & asked me not to attend his class. The management took his side and told me that my fee will be refunded within 3 days by NEFT and asked me to return the course material. I did so. But till now, they have not refunded the fee and there is no communication from their side. When I call, the reply I get is that the concerned person is not there. Even the people at the reception misbehaved with me when I asked for the refund. In view of the above, it is my humble request to do the necessary things so that this type of fake institutes does not dupe any other innocent aspirant and make them refund my fee.
