This is with reference to the Charges claimed by Standard Chartered for the transaction done for RS.1825/- on 07th Sept’2013 which was not made successful but was claimed in the next month statement. I want to let you know that the shopkeeper is also denying to reverse the payment as they have also not received the same form their bank , Please refer to the trailing mail where in Shopkeeper has confirmed from their bank also stated the same that they have not received the payment from standard chartered Please see attached statement received from ICICI BAnk.

Reversal of transaction Amount of Rs. 1825/- which was not successfull for which i have provided all the evidences from my side with Merchant BAnk Mail for not claiming the amount from Standard Charted but Bank is denying to reverse the amount nor providing the evidence to me as signed copy of the slip for the said transaction, Besides my several mail i am getting the reply that bank is not liable to reverse the amount instead of providing the evidence as signed slip so that i can directly get in touch with merchant as at the time of swapping the card transaction was failed and no slip against that transaction was been signed by me. Also attaching the mail transaction with Merchant BAnk and Standard Charted BAnk both
