Before 6-7 months, I received a call from a executive from SC. He offered me a policy and told me that I can get it deactivated if I don’t like it after receiving the documents. After receiving the documents, I returned them on the very next day to their head office in Bangalore after talking to their customer care executive. Also I wrote a mail to them to cancel the policy. But they keep delaying the things and didn’t cancel the policy. Meanwhile I paid all the installments for the policy every month. Now after this humiliating experience, I asked them to close my credit card. Now they are not closing the card and asking me to pay one more installment. I made card closing request on 20th Sep 2013 when there was no due amount on my credit card. Now after almost 25 days and after the generation of another emi, they are calling me and asking me to deposit the amount so that they can close the card. Here I don’t want to pay any further emi as I have already paid so many EMIs unnecessarily. Please help

I want my card to be closed and don’t want to pay further emi for the policy.
