Complaint/QueryDetails I have been receiving messages regarding non payment of dues in respect of my Standard Chartered Credit card no. ending 2200 whereas the payment of Rs. 8485/- due against this card has already been made by me long back and has also been acknowledged vide statement dated 7th February, 2013 issued by the bank. This is causing me a lot of embarrassment and harrassment since my card has been blocked by the bank. I have made an online complaint vide ref. no. KMM12790566115977LOKM in this regard as well as requesting for refund of my credit balance with the bank. Receipt of this complaint has been acknowledged without mentioning about the payment of Rs. 8485/- already made by me. So far I have not received refund of the credit balance of Rs. 1,15,000/- nor my credit card blocked by the Standard Chartered Bank has been activated.

Lot of embarrassment and harassment is being caused to me as my credit card has been blocked and I am receiving reminders for payment which has already been made by me. Further an amount of Rs. 1,15,000/- is due to be refunded by the Standard Chartered Bank which they are not refunding despite my repeated requests.
