I have ordered online Bedsheets and Container set with order no. 2014-03-04-042130 on 4.3.2014. With this product, 8 Pc. Towel Set and Bag set was free. I recd. main material (bedsheets and containers) but not the free items. I registered complaints many times (on 7.3.2014, 18.3.2014, 20.3.2014, 26.3.2014, 10.4.2014, 12.4.2014) with complaint number 201402-094604 and all the times they people ensured me that items will reach within 7-10 days, but nothing had resulted. Last two times, they told me that our representative will callback me within 2-3 hours, but nobady contacted me. I asked them to give contact number of senior officer to whom I would like to talk directly but they denied. They told Mr. Hemant Badkar is their officer but they never talked to me neither give me his number. I am still waiting for my free gifts they claimed.

I would like to receive free gifts (towel set and bag set) otherwise they should take back their sent products at their cost and repay my paid money Rs. 3856.00 plus the phone calls I made plus the value of time wasted.
