Stayzilla.com – Advance Paid, Room Unavailable

we planned a tour for panchmarhi mp as tour was planned at the last moment we were looking for the hotel rooms.We had our train on sunday(21/09/2014)evening reaching pachmarhi by monday afternoon(22/09/2014).We got regret from many sites and finally reached stayzilla.com on 21/09/2014 and booked for hotel highland with full amount paid through netbanking in advance Rs. 3620.00.After booking we just received a transaction receipt for the amount but no confirmation mail and then they called us saying that rooms are not available.How come they can take 100% payment without the assurance of the rooms.This caused us mental stress and leaving all the packing and tour prep the whole family again started to look for the hotel with a fresh start and a pressure to get a stay in the hill station.Stayzilla has not yet refunded the money and gave us headache and spoiled our travel mood

we wanted got response from them regarding our stay , full refund and an apology for causing the mental stress and spoiling of trip
