I got a call from Sterling Holidays for a free gift coupon after attending a short meeting with their representatives where they offered me vacation ownership plan. I told them that i was already a member of Club Mahindra Holidays and RCI and i am not in need of a new membership and i also told them that i have an examination in Singapore in April 2015 for which i could not get a booking through Club mahindra and even RCI.

From here they started to misguide me that Sterling has a greater exchange value than Club Mahindra and we will provide you a booking through RCI for your examination purpose in Singapore in April. So i purchased their membership. They also told me that my regular vacation will started after 3 EMIs. Next day i was told by my friend that they have made a false commitment and advised to clear all my doubts once again. when i called them again they denied such assurance through RCI. when i asked them to close my membership,they told me that if i will not accept my membership confirmation call, my money will get blocked for months and promised me to visit personally regarding this issue. when i got confirmation call, i got to know that regular holidays are not available till 18 EMI and once again the representative said that just accept membership on call and then we ll refund your money in a week as denying it on call will block your money for months. again they assured me to visit personally to resolve all these issues. Now it has been more than a month and my EMI has been started and there has been no response from them. Whenever i call them, they assure me to come in next week. so i put my complain to member relationship team but they have taken no action regarding this issue. i have personally called their office many times and every time they tell me that my complain has been forwarded and they will get back to me after discussion with their seniors. After so many efforts, there has not been a single response form their side apart from a email and they even had not provided me with a complain number. Kindly look into the matter as i have been cheated very badly!
