I had a post paid connection 9652666611 from Airtel. In Jan 2010, I went to the Airtel office to terminate the connection. The lady at the counter asked me to pay the balance bill amount. I paid the bill (receipt held with me). Than I told her to terminate the service. I also gave her a letter signed by me to terminate the account. She said the letter is not required and it will be done. To day on 10 Mar 2010, I got a call from Airtel recovery agent that I have a bill pending. I went to the Airtel office and I was told that I have to fill a form for termination and pay balance bill amount. The service being provided by AIRTEL is pathetic and the employees (young inexperienced people) have caused loss of money and peace to me. I want the money paid by me to clear the bill for termination be refunded to me.
