I have ordered a pair of shoes and a bag from street style store online shopping site on 8th May 2015 but I am still not getting my products. The company said they will deliver the product in 3-21 days and its already been 21 days and I already made the payment. I have emailed them but my issue is not resolved. The payment was made through CCavenue and the courier service is mentioned as FedEx but again tracking number for the product is not mentioned. My order number is #156664 and the details are Order Reference HXMNMESRB – placed on 05/8/2015

If possible I want my products delivered at the earliest and if not I want my money back and the website be closed permanently so that others will not fall a victim of that fraud site. Please help me. Thank you
