The shoes I ordered were delivered in a month that too of bigger size and wrong colour. Then I requested an exchange via email as they haven’t provided any customer care number on their website i.e. streetstylestore. com I got a reply after a month that too didn’t answer all my complaints and queries. The replacement product was delivered after another month and the website return policy says that they provide first return for free but the courier service agent charged me 100 Indian rupees as directed by the company to them. Again the two pairs I received were of bigger sizes and of very cheap quality. They don’t match the images displayed on their website and this time I demanded a refund. It has been 2 months and I have sent multiple emails on their help desk but no reply has been given. Multiple customers of this website are facing the same problems. This website is cheating its customers with false product images and poor service.
