The domestic Electric connection applied on 15 Jan 08 by my father Shri Ramanand Yadav S/O Shri Chhitar Singh at VPO- Santo, Tehsil – Behror, Dist.-Alwar, Rajasthen. They delayed in the installation of meter. After a long time it was installed on 25 Jun 09. After that Suddenly they disconnected the Meter with accessories from my home on 23 Jun 09 with out any reason and written notice.When we asked them the reason was not made clear. I have given many complained letter to JVVNL and one notice has been also given to them(Shri RG Gupta, Chairman, JVVNL) by the President International Consumer Right Protection Council on 25 Oct 09 for resume the electric supply with in 07 days on receipt of the notice by them. They did not give any response of any letter not even the notice of ICRPC.

In view of the above it is requested that necessary action be taken against the JVVNL to resume the electric supply and reasonable compensation for harassment of my family, mental agony, inconvenience and study of my children has been affected due this. I am defense personnel serving at Visakhapatnam far away from my native place.
