suffering from miss selling

Respected Sir,

I purchased a policy under met life india insurance company through Bancassurance Channel at Axis Bank-Veraval.

I regreat t inform that i am very much dissatisfy with that orgenization.I bought two policy under this company.The policy details are written bellow.

(1) Met Growth policy no : 1200900847149

(2) Met Growth policy no : 1200900886193

I have told very much clear regarding short term premium payment to fulfillmy near future requirement to ocompany’s sales person Mr. Jeson Dhanak.It was the myth that Mr. Jeson has issued me the plan according to my requirement i found that he explained me another plan and he invest my money in different plan to which i am very much dissatisfy.He has done wrong practice of missale of plan tawards me.

Another matter is that i have not received my policy document within a time.For this matter i have contacted all related senior persons of the company at many times but nobody has given me favourable and satisfied responce. I received my policy documents
after two months.But i was not knowing that it was just a practice to pass free look cancellation period.

Mr.jasan has not explained me regarding the plan that my first year premium will not be utilised for fund growth and the fund value will reflect zero for the first year.

We are the people who mostly doing our transection on the base of trust but it is a breach of trust from your side.
Who is the culprit about in all this matter? Why exisisting Sr. Sales Staff is not taking intrest seriously regarding this type of practices done by jr. level staff which is also selected by them.

I espect specific and needfull guidence into this matter as earliest from your side.
