I am availing DTH sevices of Sundirect from last 2 years and my current plan is valid upto March 2013. 8th November, I had lodged a complaint to their Customer Care Centre – Ref No.1-6953967467 for non working of STB. After a series of follow-up one technician came and replaced the STB with a old repaired one by end of November. Again this STB developed technical problems after 2 days of replacement. I had requested company to provide a new STB box and ready to settle their price instead of providing the repaired one. I am following this complaint since 8th November and it is not settled even after 2 months. I had used all means to resolve this complaint including contacting Customer Care every week, directly contacted their Franchaisee Maxell Solutions and send emails but they are promising action but no resolved this for last 2 months. Hence, I am unable to watch tv programms for last 2 months and could not shift to any other service provider as i have already paid till March 2013. Could you please help us to resolve this complaint. I could not watch TV for last 2 months for which I have paid. My subscription is valid upto March 2013. Either replace new STB Box and i am ready to settle the cost. If not possible, please ask them to refund the unused portion of my subscription.
