Dear Friend, I am paying for royal sundaram health insurance from last 4 years, but this Sunday 26th April, when i needed to use this cashless facility in their network hospital in my city, Hospital found in pathetic condition, No doctor available, bad behavior from hospital staff also. My mother was so critical that time, i faced lot of problem from moving 1 place to another to save her life, Then i shifted her to another private hospital and paid heavy bills myself. So, I found Royal sundaram cheated me, i am paying premium from 4 years in a fraud company. I want to claim whole claimable amount of 3 lacs against my premium paid. 3 Lac rupees. And Shift my existing health insurance policy to ICICI prudential or any other best company. Please help. I love my mother most in the world, and they have no value to human life.
