We purchased a complete computer from sunil infotech computers dated 5-8-2010 with bill no. 2052. He assured me different warranty periods for different computer parts. The hard disk of this computer stopped working in November 2014. He assured me a warranty of 5 years of this hard disk. I went to his shop and showed him hard disk. He denied from giving the warranty and said that go to company.I am not responsible for this. When we asked company about the matter, they told that this hard disk has a warranty of 3 years and the dealer has mis committed you. After that I again went to his shop and asked about the problem. He rudely replied that i am not responsible and just leave me shop.

My all data stored in the hard disk is lost. time wasted and the new hard disk costed me a sum of rs. 3550
