I booked a flat in Eco Village 1 , a Supertech project in Noida extension in August 2011 much before the Allahabad court orders came in to stop construction work. I paid the 10% amount of Rs 220605 as the booking amount for total of BSP Rs 2206050. Then the court orders came in the the land became disputed. Throughout one year everytime i asked for status, they asked me to wait as the issue would resolve. Now when the issue has been resolved by the court and their prices have gone up, they are telling me that there is a fault in my 10% amount as it didn’t include the service tax. They are saying that the booking can only be cancelled and it can not be continued.This is also after my numerous follow ups. My issue is that no body ever asked me for anything extra all this time and suddenly just because a new buyer can pay extra they found a fault in my payment to get my booking cancelled.

If my booking is cancelled , I will have to pay at least 10 to 14 lac extra to book a new similar flat . Apart from that i also lose my bank interest that i would have got i i kept the money n an FD.
