Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a single bed of wood and ply from M/s Hetal Furniture on 07/07/2009 against cash payment. it is found to be of inferior quality and its four legs have started getting damaged by borers ( insects ). I have complained regarding same to the person working as a servant in the said shop constantly for 15 days ( from 18/08/2009 to 03/09/2009 ). Owners of the shop are not available and contact numbers printed over the original bill are found to be not working.

Kindly guide me how to make a complaint for such cheaters?
