I have availed the service of wedding photography from Surreal Media. Wedding was on 13th Oct & as per our discussion they have assured completion of project in 20-25days. I received the soft copies of photographs on 16th Oct and I submitted shortlisted list on 8 Nov after regular followup and many telephone calls I was provided designed album on 27th Nov which was not properly designed. I raised the concerns and mailed the correction on 8th Dec. Since then whenever I call Mr. Varun he disconnects it and reply with message I am in meeting and I never gets the call back. Kindly help

I have already requested Mr. Varun Mittal to close the project and hand over the data and advance amount so that I can get it completed from some where else. But he asked to make complete payment to get the data. He is not at all interested in completing the project and every times humiliates the person. He has even put my mobile number on reject list and says my regular calls disturb him in his work. Please provide solution to all this by getting the work completed in short possible time or getting the data and refund so that work can be handed oer to someone else. I have all emails and sms which can be provided when needed.
