Today when i went to replace the phone he asked me to take a DOA certificate from lenova service centre. He has asked me to come tommorow to take DOA certificate & then he will think about replacing or changing the mobile. So far i have purchased 4 mobiles worth Rs. 30K from suxus mobiles alone, for such a loyal customer they have sold a Used mobile, also customer care was totally unpleasant. Even during my first mobile purchase with Suxus mobile, my frnd also had a similar experience, since Scratch card was there for the mobile he was planning to purchase, although interested in that mobile, had picked another mobile since he felt its an used mobile. I think “SUXUS MOBILES ARE SELLING USED MOBILES ALONG WITH NEW MOBILES IN THIER SHOP”. I became a prey to their malpractice. Suxus mobile had cheated me with a used piece when gone for a new mobile purchase. I am on my medical leave, for 1 week due to External piles, inspite of my physical condition, Suxus mobile, have given me multiple travel to their shop, still no solution arrived. He has given me a lot of mental agony & Disturbed my mental & Physical health, when i am already under medication. I want immediate action to replace my mobile which will be a solution a genuine customer would expect. Suxus mobiles need to service thier customers with due respect & Pls dont cheat innocent public with used mobile phones. regards, Pothi.
