I have purchase Symphony Air Cooler from this dealer before 10 days, It is not working properly. The fins are not working properly Cooling effects also not as per the mark.Two times complains but not properly repaired I have asked the company to replace the piece but they said no as per the policy of the company. I have purchased the new piece and though it is to be repaired it is not convincing to me according to the name and fame of company it is to be replaced.

I want to replace it and with grantee to fool fill the criteria of cooler
