Dear Team, Being an aspiring student applicant I wanted to bring a case of a coaching institute which gives false promises to its students. I had joined T.I.M.E coaching institute on 19 july 2014 in lucknow with a promise by TIME coaching institute that you can take transfer to Delhi whenever needed at a nominal fee of Rs 400-/ since i have already cleared my nontransferable doubt before joining I Have paid the fees of Rs 7000-/ later on when i told them i want a transfer from lucknow to Delhi since i was leaving there for further studies they said it will b done. I waited and waited For the batch to start but it hadnt started, earlier they told me that the batch will start on 21st july hence i reached Delhi on 20 th July but later on when i inquired they told me that batch will start on 25 july I again waited for there response but no one bothered me, i visited there center to know when the batch will be started and told them I am a transferred case from lucknow, after that they forwarded my mail to concerned team. In the whole process i was taking follow ups and non of the TIME employee had ever called up, Mean while when transfer process was initiated i got another shock that i have to pay Rs 3000/- as a part of difference money and 1500Rs for permanent transfer which was earlier Rs400/- . The batch had not started till 25th july and they informed me that it will not be started not before 26 august 2014 which was too late for me,since by then i have almost given 50% of my competitive exams. Hence I requested them to refund my money so that i can join some other coaching institute in Delhi but despite giving false promises again and again they haven’t refunded the money and i am fighting for the same. I am also planning to go to consumer forum for the same. Kindly do the need full asap, I would be highly obliged Regards Anshuman Pandey 9560569xxx

Kindly refund my fees of Rs 7000 with some interest,I no longer want to join TIME coaching in any case.
