i am a reliance mobile net work (gsm ) customer (UP WEST), on 17.09.2010 i saw a deduction of Rs.49 from my Balance ; on reqesting through customer care they assure me to refund me through complt. no. 136799089 ; but same was not done . again I filed a complnt. no 137117658 on 21.09.2010 but even after 20 days i could not get my money back
