Unnecessary services activating

Dear Sir
We are using two no. of Airtel prepaid services wit mobile no. –9179567539 & 9630369023 , on Nov-2011 we have unsubscribed all unnecessary pack services which were activated automaically . When we recharged again our mobile in the month of Dec-2011 and again our 35 , 30 ruppees are getting cut and message is coming that this pack is activated and thaT pack is activated .

cricket pack services plz deactivate

my name is ravindra my no. is 9907482209 (dewas M.P.) i am using reliance smart gsm because it’s service cost is low but since two three month activated cricket pack on my number and i request customer care for deactivate this service and i am calling the customer care in a night time because i work in pvt. ltd. company my shift time is 4pm to 1am .
