I paid my entire bill of Rs.6488 and from the same office called the toll free to remove my subscription. I have called customer care 3 times and they still haven’t deactivated this number and now I have got a billl and they are asking me to pay the billl and only then deactivate the number… They are Cheating me…. I have taken back when Airtel Charged me with Rs. 477 for nothing. In my itemized bills, they are claiming that, i have downloaded some games & wall papers during the month of July 2010. My mobile connection is provided by office & i do not use it for playing games or downloading music, wall papers or any other subscription services.
