I had a horrible staying experience in this hotel this June.
I stayed there from 5th June 2010 noon to 6th June 2010 noon, Room no – 305, Bill no – 4514 dated 6th June [room rent 1800 + service charge].
WE HAD MADE THE BOOKING IN SEAGULL , DIGHA VIA PHONE AT HOTEL , THEY TOLD ME THE FARE OF RS 1500 & 5% TAX. WHILE CHEAK OUT TIME THEY DEMANDED ME RS 2000 & THEY FORCEFULLY TOOK THE MONEY . THIS TYPE OFF MISSHANDLEING WITH THE CUSTOMERS IS ABBSOLUTELY A FAILLIUTURE FROM THE MANAGEMENT PART . I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT SEAGULL EVER IN MY LIFE . SO DO UU Continue reading
