ON ASKING ABOUT THE NAIL IN VADA TO HOTEL MANAGER, HE (MANAGER) NOT ONLY MOVED AWAY FROM RESPONSIBILITY BUT ALSO BEGAN TO TALK CHEAPLY TO CUSTOMER .
