For issue of new gas connection, M/s Shirish and Co. Navjivan Mangal Karyalaya, Jalgaon has charged me Rs. 4710/ and have refused to issue a receipt for the full amount. They have given a subscription voucher for Rs 1400/ only towards security deposit for one cylinder and one regulator. my Consumer No. is 619160, DOC No. 1012640 dated 03/06/09.
