I purchased tata sky online through my Credit card on dated 11-oct-2010. i paid full Rs. 999 through HDFC credit card. They assured me to provide delivery of set top box and installation within 5 to 7 days. But now 9 days has been passed but i have not got my ST Box, installation anything.
