Defult Product and poor service
I had purchased subjected Laptop as on 8th July 2010, but since day 1 laptop is not working properly, I have several time registered my complain to their toll free no. 1800116677 but nothing is been happened till date, their enginers also came and try to solve the problem but they also could not do it.

I had purchased a Sony Vaio Laptop VPCEB24EN/BI in July,2010 with serial no.7001060 in Kolkata. Upon the very first week of usage I found out that the speakers has some technical problems.
I had given it to the Harza Service Center for replacement of the speakers.

harware stopped working

I BUYED A DELL VOSTRO 1014 LAPTOP FROM ARYANEEL COMPUTER SYSTEM,NAGPUR BUT AFTER PURCHASE ONE OF ITS HARWARE STOPPED WORKING.I AM A STUDENT STUDING IN JODHPUR SO I CAN’T GO TO NAGPUR.THE DELL RESOURCE CD WHICH COME ALONG WITH DOES NOT CONTAIN DRIVERS OF THE LAPTOP.
Not getting service
Approx on 10 th may my G550 lptop’s tft not working.
I called to customer care,at first he was not able to help me.
Next time they gave me almora service centre no. I contacted them,they also not helped me.
I again called customer care,got to know that my case id has been cancelled.
Latter i called them many times.
Didnt get any help and service so far.
Please help.
