My MIS at Ramkrishnapur Co-operative Bank, Howrah, West Bengal But I am unable to get the MIS interest from June’10. The Bank authority are not interested to give the monthly interest to me. Now they are telling me some court cases are on floor, they are unable to give the MIS interest. They are giving me different dates to knock for the money.

Non-refunding of matured fixed deposit from Co-opertive Bank

My fixed deposit at Ramkrishnapur Co-operative Bank, Howrah, West Bengal had matured August 2009 amounting to Rs 80,000/-. The Bank authority are not all interested to refund the money to me. They are forcing me to renew the deposit. Now they are telling me some court cases are on floor, they are unable to refund the same. They are giving me different dates to knock for the money.
