Since 3 months DTH signal is not coming.Despite repeated requests nobody is attending the problem. Still they are deduducting monthly fees. Service request person always gives an answer that we are experiencing technical problem and will be rectified within a week. Now almost 4 months over and nothing happened. On 16/09/2009 made a complaint to Sun direct that there was not telecast after rains. They checked from their side and informed that a part in dish needs to be repaired. They asked me to contact the distributor MST Enterprises. In the past also I’ve tried reaching this distributor for shifting and telecast problem, but never had reached them. Continue reading
