The retailer taking the extra charges for the recharge voucher of the plan jet classic of meghbala broadband service. megh bala broadband connection has showing the bill amount 441.2(including all service tax) but the retailer is taking Rs.500 for the same without producing any receipt/bill and deny to produce it. I am a prepaid user pmshah1946@vsnl.net with the broadband service of Tata Indicom.
On October 13th 2009 I had a credit balance of Rs. 1058/= in my account and zero validity time available for usage. I charged my account with a 90 day extension package which resulted in the validity being extended till 11.01.2010 and available balance being Rs.1058/=.
I had submitted my broadband modem set in ok condition on 1st of June 2009 for desconnection of my internet connection (CA No. 2071229881)
Now, in my telephone bill a sum of Rs. 1500/- is charged for modem, reason being ‘breakage’. THE MODEM THAT I HAD SUBMITTED WAS IN ABSOLUTE OK CONDITION. I HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME FROM MTNL AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.
I am having a BSNL broadband connection at home under Home-500C scheme for the last 8 months. Under this
scheme, I can use up to 1.5GB of data in every month
in addition to the unlimited data transfer between 2.00am
to 8.00am. I was utilising this facility and no excess amonunt was deducted for the free usage till January bill.
