I bought Samsung 1 Tonne Split Airconditioner from Raipur Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 6 Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata – 700020, Ph: 033 24553849 on 23rd June 2009. Till date i am not able to use the machine as there is some defect in the outer mochine as told to us by Samsung Engineer after we complained about the machine not working.

I exchanged a samsung Split Ac on 16 MAy 2009, earlier i was using LG for the last 4 years this time i tried samsung,but that was my wrong decision , the AC is not working properly from the day one i filed a complaint regarding this an engineer came he said he is new he can not do much,and now from 24 june till date ( 29 06/09) i am waiting for there response .
