Airtel Prepaid Enrolment

I have a airtel connection (prepaid) no: 9831744323 since 2005. Now on 1st Sep, 2010 i have got msg saying to deposit documents failing which by 3rd it will be disconnected. This is simple harassment for the customer. I have submitted all the details in 2005 and again it is needed. Without sending SMS outgoing calls deduct Rs1.00 per day from my account.

Complain no1-

Deduct from my balance daily Rs1.00 without sending SMS & outgoing calls .

Complain no2-

We are not able to get the line of customer cares executives. After following the so many procedures the we didn’t get the line of customer care executives. This is very much time consuming & hamper our valuable time.

Request you pls look into the matter.
