I had taken policy from icici on phone then they were supposed to send me policy documents but i had not received it and i was informed that if you do not claim during two year then you will receive health coupon but i received call for renewal of policy and refused to renew it and ask for health coupon as promised they said they will send it. now they said policy is expired and can not sent it.
