i have one bsnl mobile prepaid no.9411600110 from agra and trying to load tarrif vocher for all@.49 paise but on my mobile this facilty is not loading and everytime message comes sorry.
in our local telephone exchange i contacted and he advised me to solve the problemb by sending email to chandigarh for the reasons well known to them but till today i cant my problemb solved
