ExpandI have a hyundai i10 .2010 model..its been 2 months iam in contact with the company .they have updated my wrong adress ..they say they will update it but never di I have recorded all the calls …then came my insurance renewal ..I got a call 2 weeks prior to the last date of submission …the guy said again he will update thr adress..and I also asked for a discount ..the same guy said he will get back to me once he talks to his supervisor ..and emaid me a wrong policy on my mail…no body called back..now again I get a call back approx one week prior to the last date..same thing happnd same was repeatd they will updte the adress req has been takn and will be contd in a day or two for the final qoute of insurance premium no body called ..on the last date I tried making the payment online which there website did nt allow me to make a payment stating please put a correct policy numbr ….after all yhis hassle I walkd up to the branch ..these guys no issues they send a guy he will inspect the car and the policy will be renewd ..the guys shows nest day inspectng my car ..indrtly was askn for money which he did not get ..he did his work and went ..nobody conctd me again for 2 days ..I myself again calld there branch …they say they have a discripancy the inspectn didnt go thru …they will send onther guy he will again inspect the car ..I said okay ..the guy shows up aftr a day or two does the inspectn ..next day I get a call from some check collectn agent …he says the inspectn is done now u have to give a cheq..he did not come to collect the cheq..next day I call that guy again and he says sorry the inspect again has a discripancy he cant collect the cheq ..bow again I have to wait for the cheq..this car is under my momsname and she is a heart patient ..it has cause us a mental distress and harrasment I want all my money back that I have paid them till now pluss harrasmbt charges..please do reply I have all the recods ..call recordings
I need compensation for 5 lakhs .I no its less bht let them also no what it cost for playn with there consumers
