Tata capital financial services – No ForeClosure Letter

It’s a pity to face such a situation, that too from an esteemed co. Like tata’s. Please refer my various mails to understand the history. Since 02/03/2016 i’m requesting m/s. Tata capital financial services ltd., rajendra place, new delhi to issue me a foreclosure letter so that i can close the case as i’m unable to bear the financial mental torture given by them which was leading to my nervous breakdown. Finally on 18/07, i received a fcl on mail from mr.tarun sharma which was not acceptable to me because as per that statement, i have to still pay an amount of over rs. 79.15 lacs against receivables as under. Total receipts by me in steps : approx. Rs. 73 lacs total payments done by by me in steps : approx. Rs. 7.0 lacs time duration for which money availed by me : 6 months for bt of approx. 58 lacs, 4 months for approx. 10 lacs 3 months for 5 lacs. I raised these concerns immediately but no response for over 3 days in between tcfsl delhi people presented my daughter’s cheque for clearing w/o my notice and in very clear terms i had informed tcfsl delhi team to refrain from such tactics and return her cheques whatever are in their illegal possession; but instead of acting on that, your mr. Rozer (in the team of mr. Rohit sharma) called her and threatened her for severe consequences…

In spite of my repeated reminders in writing and verbal that my daughter has nothing to do with this loan; call details of my daughter were illegally traced and call from fictitious names were done to my relatives is this the way customers are treated in tatas???? However with the efforts their vp mr. Ajay pandey (sitting in videocon tower) a meeting was scheduled in the office of mr. Rohit sharma at 2nd floor in rajendra place office of tcfsl on 21/07 at 1600 hrs. Between me mr. Ajay pandey sh. Ajay shukla from their mumbai office mr. Rohit sharma from tcfsl side apart from few other execs. Of tcfsl joining leaving in between. During the entire meeting, tcfsl adopted the attitude of soft patting by one group and hard thrashing by other group. Mr. Ajay pandey and sh. Ajay shukla from their mumbai office were in the soft team posing a professional attitude to resolve the issue, and their mr. Rohit sharma with his hard core recovery team adopted very arrogant and negative attitude creating roadblocks and threats instead of apologising on his act of threatening my daughter illegally presenting her cheque, started threatening me of taking possession (kabza) of my property against cl. 9 or something.. Is this the way customers are mentally harassed by tatas after calling them in office???? However, i ignored the attitude of their mr. Rohit sharma and still continued the discussion with the intention of closing the issue, instead of prolonging adopting to threats and / or hard recovery / litigation procedures
