I use my Tata docomo postpaid number 9031003xxx since so long I have 800 minutes local or STD and 300 local/STD in a month. But since last two months they have charged me for sms Rs 156. When I talked to customer executive on 16/10/2014 and briefed the problem but I was told that I sent 10000 sms so it cant be waived. You can view my bill of October I sent only 100 sms. Thereafter I talked to Mr Ajay Kumar Pathak Customer Executive at Ranchi on his mobile no 9031099xxx. He told me to pay the bill and Rs 156 will be waived. But in current month bill sms charge has been added. I have attached my postpay bill for your reference
