hello sir, i m Arbaaz Mazhar i m user of Tata Docomo service from M.P. on 7th or 8th of July 2014.. i had recharged on my mob no. 903916xxx and i had recharged the net pack from my main balance. when the internet data was remaining about 15 m.b. my balance is taken from the company when i complain to company he was saying that “when your internet data is less then 15 M.B. the company will charge from your main balance, when the 2 applications are running on your mobile”.. then i replied to company that “you hadn’t informed me about this new rule please refund my balance” then he replied to me “this is our new rule”.. and the company not refund my balance

i want from the company to refund my balance.. which he taken from his illegal rule.
