Tata Indicom – amount Refund due to Speed Issue poor service by centre

Hi, I received a call from your billing department and they confirmed that they cannot give a refund as someone in your company had committed fraud by closing the complain the same day though the issue was not fixed. Just to re-iterate that the speed issue was raised in July and was resolved and fixed on 20 Sep 2013. Also, my internet not working issue which was reported in September was rectified after 4 days. Another issue happened day before yesterday and the issue was resolved after 36 hours – Issue was reported on 9 Oct 2013 2:50AM – Internet Not Working – 383643507 and it was Resolved on 10 Oct 12PM IST after 36 hours. I would need the email address for Appellate Authority for my circle so that I can escalate it. Thanks, Anshul +919818107xxx
